FAFSA (Federal Application for Federal Student Aid) Statement

I submitted my FAFSA on ____________________ (date). If I am a finalist for the WJH Scholarship, I will send the Scholarship Committee a copy of my Student Aid Report which includes the Expected Family Contribution (EFC). I will also include a list of the colleges to which I have been accepted and the financial offers I have received from these colleges.
