Labor Day: The New New Year's

We got the truck last night--paid $2000 for it, which was 525 less than they were asking. I hope we'll be able to go out on the boat this weekend.

I was telling Wendy the other day that I thought Labor Day represented a better end of the year to me than 12/31. This last weekend was immediately cooler and more damp. I hope there's time to go out on the boat.
