Happy New Year

I'm really starting to see the value of holiday cards. I used to think of them as an annoying formality that's designed to make you feel guilty unless you conform--like tipping in a restaurant. Now, though, I think it's a great way to keep up with friends who are hard to stay in touch with they're too far away or too busy or whatever. Next year I think we'll create a website address to go with our Christmas cards, so that people can come back and read our Christmas letter if they want to, but not feel like they have to read it.
