Happy Inauguration Day Everybody!
Our Dear Leader got another four years today. I'm not feeling so angry about it anymore. The ceremony was boring. I was only paying half-attention to it, but it seemed that during his speech, he was interrupted by some demonstrators.
The UK paper The Guardian published a story today about world opinion of Our Dear Leader and the country. Unfortunately, I can't find the story I read this morning, but the poll of more than 20 countries found that close to 60% of the people in the survey thought that the next four years would be more dangerous because of this administration, and less than 30% thought it would be safer.
I guess only time will tell.
In other news, I've been working feverishly to redesign our business website: Animated Adventures. We now have a way of taking credit cards (thank you PayPal) and we're an Amazon affiliate. Because I had been procrastinating, I forced myself to work on it from about 11 a.m. Tuesday until 7 a.m. Wednesday, with breaks for lunch and dinner.
Also, we've had some strange weather. For weeks, the whole country has been taking it in the pants with snow, floods, mud slides, etc., while we've had mostly sunny and cold. The last couple of days have had some high winds and oddly warm temps (low 60s). It's been really nice. On my morning walks, I've been feeling so lucky to live here.
