Welcome Back to the Blue, America
I'm relieved, not overjoyed. I feel like my country is waking up from terror hangover and seeing this administration for what it really is: ugly, corrupt, lying, overly secretive, and unjust.
Donald Rumsfeld has been put out to pasture, as my buddy Mike says, "two years too late." I don't expect there will be too much change in the next two years, and I don't expect they'll be able to drive this president back to his Texas ranch prematurely, but I hope the madness--the torturing, domestic eavesdropping, Constitution-breaking madness--comes to an end.
